A pharmacy name you cannot check
Ozempic and Wegovy contain the medicine semaglutide; Mounjaro and Zepbound contain tirzepatide. Ozempic and Mounjaro treat type 2 diabetes; Wegovy and Zepbound help with weight management, as checked September 26, 2026.
Labels on compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide had fraudulently named nonexistent pharmacies, FDA had found by September 26, 2026.
Some false labels used real pharmacy names even though those pharmacies had not made the product.
Search the pharmacy name with the state board, then ask the pharmacy about anything that does not match.
